Peggy L. Brock, age 70, of Kennett Square, passed away Friday September 2, 2005 at the Lankenau Hospital in Philadelphia after a lengthy illness. Born in West Chester she was a daughter of the late Dorothy and William Richardson. Peggy was a 1952 graduate of Kennett High School. She was a self employed seamstress and volunteered at His Mission in Kennett. She was also a member of Bethel AME Church, secretary and treasurer for the local chapter of NAACP, vice president of the Hockessin Delaware Swinging Seniors, and secretary of the Kennett Actionairs. Survivors include: One Sister: Roxanne R. Steele of Kennett Square One Nephew: Barry R. Steele of Kennett Square Two Nieces: Latisha D. Steele and Adelle B. Steele of Kennett Square. Two great nephews: D�Andre Steele and Juan Reyes Several Cousins Pre deceased by a nephew Lance E. Steele. A funeral service will be held 11AM Saturday September 10, 2005 at the Kuzo & Gofus Funeral Home Inc. (610-444-4116) 250 W. State St. Kennett Square. Friends and family may call from 9-11AM before the service. Interment will be in Union Hill Cemetery.
